So nice to meet you!!! Awesome workshop on "Finding Heroes in our BodyCombat Participants" I really looked at things differently and I used the feedback you shared in my Body Pump classes as well and I made a few heroes!! They feel like a somebody and love to kick butt!!! Thanks for making Body Combat what it is... as in track 6 BC36 - best program in the world is "bodycombaaaaaaaaaat!"
Hope you enjoyed the cruise! Not sure if you remember, but my date went well !! :)
