I’m so sorry it’s been ages since I don’t write here, but September is a very busy month for me, lots of work, you know... I’ve received tons of messages and I know I haven’t answered too many of them yet, or I did it but too late. I want to send my apologies to all of you, please accept them, I’m so sorry!!!

About me, I must say I recently started working in another gym called FISICO (you can have a look in www.fisicoweb.com); it’s located in Madrid and I’m the new Group Fitness Manager. A new “Fisico Gym” will be opened in Madrid shortly!!! As the one you can see in the web page, we will have great instructors working with us in an awesome place, so when you come to Madrid don’t hesitate to come and visit us, we’ll have a great time together! I wish to see you all around here any day…

And once again, thank you SO much for all your love and support I receive in every message!!!!

Hey, we’ll meet in the incredible Global in February!!! I went to the last one in Opio (Niza) and I won’t forget it!! Thanks to LES MILLS INTERNATIONAL for this great event!!!! I’ll meet you in NZ!!!
