is so good to see you and Dan. you two are just so rock, i have alot fun in the Trainer Summit. but is so sad i have to left early to go for Dallas Mania we are go there to push LesMills program for more free style instructor. wish is good.
i just what let you know Dan are so funny :)
but i still think pink is very powerful:)
wish you two have good time in USA, and safe trip back home:)

Bin teaching too many classes this week so Combat was really hard work tonight..I went a bit off centre with my imagary.. T8, BC, 36 I cued jab,jab cross and cracked up laughing
'cos I thought of a monster that could be in a kids book.
...and he thundered, "NO, jabjab cross" I may eat you instead." The children shrieked and ran for cover...
Only just pulled out of that one..you know what it's like if you get the giggles..

Went to Blackpool last week, it's amazing!!

Hi Rach can i just say a big THANK YOU for BC36 it has been an amazing release,the guys love it and dont want me to change it,we are looking forward to 37,we have another two weeks to wait,here in Glasgow.

Hi!
Just had to share - did BC37 on the weekend...it's Tuesday and my butt is still killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the release - great job again!
Have been trying to get those killer boots from last quarter releases but they are brown at the moment (ew). Black out of stock :(
Anyways, hope married life is treating you well
