Just to let you know that before I left Lifestyles at 7;45 I was feeling much better.No further sciatic pain.I was actually able to complete my run tho it took 51 seconds more than usual.Upper body workout was no problem.I really appreciate your concern.By the time I reached Sams I was ready for the blueberry muffins and some of Sams coffee.Without RPM I'm afraid I would rust.

Yeah I have pretty limited knowledge about those, but I mean im sure the RPM target zones are a good guide :) maybe you're just a machine though hahaha

Sorry I didn't get a chance to talk to you today.Yes I am very interested in training.My age should work for me -probably not too many 75 year olds have failed!I ran 4 miles this morning,first time sine 6/19:)

I looked it up Glen Allen and it's about an hour and 45 minutes away. A little too far I'm sure. If you're ever closer to DC it would be fun to meet you and your wife!
