Are you new to Group Fitness?
Have you ever taken a fitness class before? Confused about what to bring or what to wear? Does the whole concept seem a little intimidating? No problem – you’re in great hands and this is the perfect program for you.
BODYVIVE™ is a low impact class with high energy moves, providing multiple options so you feel great while improving your level of health and well-being. There is some equipment but it is easy to use and is designed give you a better focus and workout. BODYVIVE™ is also great fun and will lead you to better aerobic fitness, balance, strength, gait and flexibility.
Follow our 10 easy steps to get started. And remember this is a class where YOU set the pace, there is no pressure to perform and there are plenty of options to choose from.
10 Golden Steps to Success:

Get a full medical checkup before you begin.
Go with a friend, it’s more fun and gives you greater confidence.
Arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you the chance to get some beginner’s tips from your instructor and chat with other members.
Wear comfy shoes suitable for walking and clothes that move easily, for example warm-up pants and a T-shirt.
Drink water before, during and after the class.
Take the first few classes slowly.
If you struggle during class take the easier options or take a break.
