Qualified To Teach

I am a certified BodyCombat, BodyBalance and BodyVive instructor teaching in Hong Kong since 2000. I have completed the ProInstructor course and was very lucky to attend the AIM and BodyVive course taught by Dr. Dave! It has been such an eye-opener course and so much to be learnt from the man!!

Aside from teaching Les Mills program, I also teach freestyle classes including fitball, stretch & aligment classes, Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates, Ashtanga and Yin yoga, Pilates (Mat, Allegro & Studio) and Gyrotonic.

I find both Les Mills and freestyle programmes compliment each other in terms of the learning materials and teaching skills. Both gives me a well round knowledge and skills to be a better instructor so that in return I am able to give more back to the participants.

Lately, I have been blessed to be invited as guest lecturer at my Yoga teacher's 200 Hour Teacher's Training course and help him develop a mentorship program to help and provide further training courses for teachers not yet ready to teach. And on the side, I am currently running a small Pilates studio where I teach, recruit instructors and develop new programs. Here, my participants are my teachers!
