Hey! So here's my deal... I train and teach at the "Big House" which is the GGX Kingdom! Absolutely a fantastic place to work, the employees are awesome, the members are fantastic and our facility is incredible.

I am a Senior at Marist College where I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in English/Writing. Outside of my love for fitness, I have a serious passion for helping others which is why my long term goal is to get my PhD in something like Clinical Health Psychology, Sports Exercise Psychology or Health Psych...We'll see. I'd like to help make a difference both physically and mentally in the lives of others.

I'm fascinated with Les Mills. I was fortunate enough to spend 5 months in New Zealand to experience first hand how all of the Kiwi's work their magic in the home country. I'm big on RPM, the members at Gold’s Lagrange are enthusiastic and energetic and it's the perfect environment to teach in.

Outside of the big house... I'm a big family chick. Youngest of 4 kids, all 1 year apart. Love skiing, soccer, and racing. As of this year, I'd be considered a triathlete and it's a serious passion. I'm in the process of getting my NASM Personal Training certification. Anything else? Be in touch, I love to meet new people! :)

Recently completed the San Francisco Marathon with a race time of 3.50. MIAMI IS NEXT! January.. Bring it!
