HI EVERYONE!

I LOVE all Les Mills programs :) I'm a huge fan of BodyPump (of course :), Attack, Combat, Flow & Step. I appreciate new challenges, learning new things & everything about fitness. When I first became introduced to the Les Mills classes in 2002 I quickly became hooked...it's very easy to see why...all the great energy & music, along with fantastic instructors all make for a great & very fun workout!

I love that I can connect with other amazing Les Mills Instructors world wide right here!

I am enjoying every moment of my fitness journey...wondering where it will take me next :)

Nevermind we have our National Super Workshop in May called GFX everyone in NZ will be there and a few visitors from Aussie and Asia. That should chase the Winter blues away.
