My name is Carmen, I am originally from Venezuela. I have been involved in sports most of my life; it is a passion that runs deep inside me. It is exciting to be part of the Les Mills family, a unique revolution, and to be able to meet wonderful instructors who are devoted to bring health, and wellbeing to people's lives; a community who share a common goal, and the same passion for fitness.

Sue Ann	I'm on vacation! I'll make up for all the food I eat when I get back, haha. Great "new" music in class, by the way! I'll have to try harder to get out of bed Saturday mornings for attack :)
