I'm up for any challenge thats presented to me and I love high intensity. When others are working just as hard, thats where my motivation comes from. Hard work doesn't happen overnight; it takes passion and commitment.

In my free time besides working out I love to play Rock Band or Guitar Hero (I got mad skills yo), modify cars (I own a Subaru Legacy GT turbo), distance running, going out to bars/clubs, watch movies...I feel like this could go on for a while!

As of right now, I'm only available nights monday-friday and saturday mornings. I don't exactly have a fixed schedule yet.

Carol Ann	I'm in the Mid Atlantic region, so I usually attend those quarterlies. The Northeast ones seem to have more presenters attending, and I'd definitely like to go to one of them. Hopefully one day!

One of the other instructors at my gym actually made the design herself using a fabric marker - we found a pattern of a chain link fence, enlarged it and she used that as a guide. They turned out so awesome.

We're launching Pump 70 and Combat 40 in another month and I can't wait. They are both incredible, especially Combat! Have you launched yet?

So good to hear from you. Hopefully we can meet at a quarterly soon, I'd love to see you again.
