I am originally from Nicaragua. I danced nine years in a Traditional Dance Company. The dancing took me to places and trainings I could never imagined. Aerobics was one of the elements to improve my endurance. At the beginning, I didn’t know what was right from left. Persistence was my best friend. Practice makes Masters; from taking to teaching.

I moved to the USA in 1999. That is when the cultural adaptation process started. In 2001, I retook my fitness life back. Teaching in another language… it's not easy at the begining but my love for the fitness industry is bigger than any boundaries.

I was the sound assitant at Philly Mania 2007 BODY COMBAT class. I was blew away by the technique and precision of those three guys (Matthew, Angel and Don) executing several martial arts moves. "I have to teach BC"; that was the only though in my head. I took my BC initial training at Wilmington, DE on July 6, 7 and 8, 2007 (thanks Angel and Evelin). That was the BEST training ever in my life. It was intense and challenging.

BODY COMBAT always rocks: great experiences, awesome new friends, and the happiness and sweat on people faces are the best reward.
