Hello Judy!

Yeah, I was at a trade show all this week, so couldn't get to any classes. As for my video, I haven't submitted it just yet (Actually don't know if I want to shoot a new one; every class I teach I feel like I get slightly better, and I am not sure if my current video is 'good enough').

I was going to have another instructor look at it, but I got caught up with work and held off so long, I don't think I have time (I have to have my video in by Christmas).

I'm sure I'll figure it out. Get some advice from Kerry on Monday and take it from there. :)

Thanks for checking in on me! I'm sure I'll be running into you next week!

How many people did we have in class? I need to include that number on my assessment.

I am not sure if I will be in town or not on the 20th. I will let you know, but don't wait around for me if you find someone else to sub your class.

Hi Judy! I hope all is well with you! Bruce did a great job at teaching us CPR today! He kept things very interesting! Body Pump is going well! I enjoy growing through this process. I have shot three videos so far, and will need to shoot again. I just can't seem to get comfortable when the camera is in front of me...but I am having fun! :-)

Thanks fot the nice comment. I enjoyed lauching with Greg and Susie, but was a bit nervous. I am launching again in Altamonte tomorrow morning. How are things with you? Perhaps we need to go to a networking event together.

Hey girl ... Pump is going good. Practicing constantly and I start teaching my first class Tuesday at 5:30 ... Apopka! I can wait!!! I absolutely love BP! Have to try to get more flow into my routine so I am ready when the training comes to town!

Hey..haven't heard back from Judi on the sneak peek so I'll double check. Scott has his kids in from Gainsville this weekend and his mom is coming from Ocala on Saturday. Maybe something low key on Sunday possibley.

Scott got a pass withheld. They said it was just his timing. He already shadowed w/ Judi on Monday in TSK and last night w/ Teri as well. He is absolutely loving it. I believe he will be presenting a track on Monday already. We are both thinking of going to the BP intensive w/ Megan in Woodstock, GA on Nov 2 possibly. He is jumping head first into it. Shall we talk soon?
