Hello,

My Name is Sharon Brooks

Glad to meet you. I have come down a long road to become happy and healthy. I was at one time 208 lbs and now I am a healthy 137 lbs. My altimate goal is to be close to my show weight of 130 lbs. Happy to imform you that I am Certified in BodyPump, BodyFlow and RPM. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and a NPC Judge. I am looking forward to taking Body Step until then I currently teach six classes a week at Powerhouse Gym Ypsilanti as well as personal train other people to become healthy and happy. Just LOVE the Les Mills programs and am always looking for ways to WOW my class, to see them push themselves to the MAX and ENJOY their workouts.

Hey Sharon!

Yeah I'm in Florida now, and loving the weather! I've missed being in the sun. I'm well, I got a job teaching High School Chemistry and I LOVE it. How are you? I also hope all is going well with you. I miss you too :( I spin every so often and it's just not the same. Want to teach at the Powerhouse I'm a member of but they don't have the licensing.... so until they do I'll just spin on my own. Hope to hear from you soon!
