Hi Kim, things are good in Halifax. We had our release week and it went off! People love the new Flow, although I'm getting a lot of blank faces on the side hip stretch. I love the spiral twist in the hamstring track. So unfortunately Jackie has quit working at the gym, so don't think she'll be going to training. I know there are lots of personal issues and I think she's going to move back to Cape Breton. I haven't heard from her recently. It's a shame as she's our only Attack instructor, so we've had to cancel it. We're having a real crisis in instructors. Lots of changes, people moving away and having personal issues they need to deal with. Like me, I'll be on the summer schedule, but I'm taking August off to move to Toronto. I've already talked to someone there to get on the sub list. Hope I'll at least teach once or twice a week.
So how are things at your club? Coming to CanFit next month? Maureen Hagan will be here and I think that they might do training for Newbody. If anybody over there is interested, they should let the GM know.

I'm not sure when Jackie is going for training, I think in June, probably in Ontario. Would love to do more, but I'll wait a bit. It's enough having to learn 2 programmes. So what is your club planning for the big 28th anniversary bash on tuesday? How about the extravaganza! We're doing a supersampler on the 19th, 90 min long with 3-4 songs from the new programs. All jungle theme, supposedly, to go with the party. I'm trying to create buzz in classes by announcing it, but there doesn't seem to be that much excitement. Oh well, at least we can start the new programmes. How do you like the new Flow?
