Im moving to Shanghai in August, Pudong also. I loave Les Mills and Im really disappointed that I will be leaving Fitness First in Thailand. Where can I do Les Mill classes in Shanghai. Im so upset to leave as fitness is a big part and has changed my life. I dont mind if I have to use the metro to get to classes.
