i look foward to the bodyflow intensive in chi-town next weekend! i just got cleared this week as a PUMP trainer and get my shot at the big stage shadowing this go around . . . crazy! see ya there!

Hey, Mysti! My best friend took your Jam preview class in Boston last night and she loved it. She cannot wait to get more LM programs in her market!

Hey Mysti, I just wanted to tell you how much I appriciated you and the girls this past weekend. People can tell you, "your great, you have it, no worries," but untill it comes from someone you have only know for a short while it never sets in. I can't wait till I become certified and am able to go to the quarterlies so we can get together again. This was only the begining of what is to come thank you for starting my journey. Lov ya mean it :~)
