I am relatively new to the whole Les Mills training. (RPM, Bodycombat, Bodypump & Bodyflow), but I have rapidlly become a huge fan.

My wife took me to my first RPM class about less than year ago, and I was breathless almost from the getgo. She since has become an instuctor and an advocate of the whole thing. About 6 months ago I secretly started attending RPM and pump about once or twice a week and well, now I am proud to say I do RPM at least 5 times a week and bodypump about 3 as well as combat. "If you are going to be a champion, you must be willing to pay a greater price." But when the say "change your body, change your life" they mean it. I dont know why I waited so long to get into this but now I'm hooked!Cant stop wont stop! Make the present good, and the past will take care of itself." I will continue trying to get better and better and with the help of the great instructors at Gold's Gym in Brownsville it shouldn't be that hard.


I have two kids who are super duper active now and I can't wait for my two little kidos to start working out w/ me, just add to the motivation. And that way maybe we can get a group deal on or bikes!!!


I am looking forward to getting into other type of activities out of the gym but for now I'll stick to air conditioned, covered workouts.
