hi
Our quarterlies are not until 18 sept so we will hopefully launch begin of Oct, I do hope the clubs dont make us wait until middle of Oct( our schools are off on mid term break from begin Oct for 2 weeks and both participants and some instructors are on holiday then)
When do your clubs launch?

Well all I can say there is you couldnt possibly be putting in 100% effort as it is a tough class especially tracks 4 and 9 ( plyo and power!) I am very fit and dont find it a walk in the park and neither do my participants, suppose its what the instructor brings to it too as I have folk in my class that say my class is harder than another instructors class, altho its the same release.
I have a triathlete and other atheletes in my class as well who find it tough!
Sorry but cant buy that at all!! maybe when you do it a few times you will notice it getting harder ( thats what I found when I first particpated in combat)

oh and to answer your question re video assess...I feel the camera doesnt really capture your true teaching abilities, but understand it is essential that they see you teach, and remember they aint looking for perfection! of course disctinction is great to receive and passing first time round is a goal but its not the be all and end all. I passed all 5 programmes first time round and with disctinction but I know plenty great instructors who didnt, but are now fantastic!

Hi babes
that track is from RPM 43 and its by Ne-Yo.
I am away to Spain on Monday and it cant come soon enough, good chance to rest my foot which I injured 6weeks ago and its still not right!
I dropped a 5KG plate on it, it keeps swelling up and is sore, I went to hospital for an xray and was told it was just deep tissue damage but I returned to the doc on tuesday and he reckons it may actually have a fracture!
hope all is well with you and you are enjoying summer xx

Yeah I am loving it too - its a great workout!!
Hows things with you - are you still pumping or just focusing on step n rpm these days?
I am now officially certified in 5 programmes and loving them all...cant get enough of attack just now and had the MOST AWESOME Attack class last thurs nite...it was rocking, everyone was completely hyped up and they were whistling, cheering, whooping and laughing and ALL agreed they had really pushed themselves!
Now I just need to get my RPMers to that level
take care
