Hey guys..

Had a wicked filming round and just got a couple of days now to prepare for the tour..

Wanted to thank you all for your lovely messages here..

- and to thank those folks who made the journey over here to participate in filming class.

When I asked in between tracks who'd actually flown here from another country the reponse actually was oustanding..

SO many hands went up that I couldnt count fast enough - I just saw the front 4 rows of people with their hands in the air..

Also to thank our Auckland group fitness class members who are the dedicated crew turning up to class every week - come rain or shine, dan or rach or neither of us..

You guys just love the program and we love you..
