So...hmmm...ummm...yea...what to write...lol? I opologise in advance for the misspellings I am terrible at it.

Anyways my name is Rob, Robbie, Roboyto, Robert too I guess, call me whatever you want, just dont call me late for dinner... wow I'm being really cheezy.

I love everything about my group fitness. Any one that knows me knows that I'm always on the move! As well as a workout junkie...and I love my group fitness..did I say that already? From Pump..to Attack..to Combat...To Jam...(yes this boy can dance)...whether I am teaching..teaming..or simply taking a class..If I'm in the gym I'm usually found in the group fitness rooms.

So to my les mills stuff...I got certified in pump in early 2008. I love everything about my classes, from the music, to the workouts, to our members and my fellow instructors. I know a bunch of great people and wouldnt give it up for anything.

My current teaching schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 5:30am Apopke Lifestyle Family Fitness
Wednesday 6:30pm Apopka Lifestyle Family Fitness
Thursday 6:30pm Winter Park Lifestyle Family Fitness
Saturday 9:30am Tuskawilla Lifestyle Family Fitness

So if you ever want to team with me or vice versa let me know. Or if you know of any classes/gyms that are needing instructors let me know~

Just had a blast at the Tampa Quarterly 2008! It was amazing!!! I am so excited for all the new music to come! Anyways...gotta get back to work...peace!
