Yeah, the relaunch went very well! We had a very large and vocal crowd...so exciting! NE and FA represented themselves very well. Let me know if you want to see the pics.

Thanks, Sherri! (I almost forgot to respond...sorry!) We're gonna do the BC40 launch all over again in LEX this coming Wednesday @ 6:45pm. Come on out if you're not busy!
Yeah, for some reason my BodyCombat certification does NOT come up on my page. But, I've got the certificate to prove that I can teach Combat. :D

Yes, it certainly is a bit spendy. If I do compete again, it'll be a couple years down the road. I need to just work out for the love of working out (which I do...but I wasnt for that show, lol) and see how my body continues to respond. I wish you the best in your competing endeavors as well. Only those with an iron will can do this sport! You're a very strong person. :)

thanks for answer, and now you ask, my favorites b. flow mix are 33 (the one I certified with),36,37,40,41,and 31, I like zumba and I teach it either sometimes, as a latin country many people like it, cause the music, we are going to have the workshop next 21st and I havn´t seen the new videos yet, did you? How did you like it?
