HI! My name is Stacie Richardson. I am currently a Senior at Salisbury University studying Exercise Science with a Minor in Health. I aspire to be a Pediatric Physical Therapist. I love to work out and keep my mind, body and soul as healthy as possible. Bodystep is my first Les Mills certification and I would love to continue adding to this list. My goal as an instructor is to encourage others to become excited and interested in leading a healthier life. I hope that I can motivate them to do so and in return they can eventually do so for others.
