My Favourite Programs

I have been in the fitness industry since I'm 15 years old and I´m Fitness Trainer and Physical Education Teacher in Germnay, more than half my life! My brother is owner and operates a Gold’s Gym in Mexico. Fitness has always been part of my life, but not until Les Mills came along have I had the courage to follow my dreams and actually stand on the opposite side of the room, and instruct instead of being a participant. I am body pump & combat certified, and love them both in their own ways. It is a privilege to get up in front of my class every week, and have the opportunity to change someone’s life. Life is about loving & believing in something 110% and giving your heart & soul to it. Other than my family, my love & dedication to the program is the most important thing in my life. Believe in yourself & never give up on your dreams. Stand strong!
