Hey Valerie,

Yes the program colors are Purple, with White, Grey or Black. But for the nautical theme the guys on the DVD whore white shirts with navy blue stripes. Could not find purple & white stripe tops that looked nautical so we went with the navy & white stripe tops with navy capris. So when ever I teach that release I will wear that top to keep that nautical theme. At the training you will sweat, how much you will sweat will depend on how hard you make the workout. Mark Nu & Dr. Dave & Pete Manuel are also the trainers along with Susan Trainor, Maureen Baker and Emma Barry on the release #7. I saw Dr. Dave, Mark Nu and Pete Manuel sweating.
Take change of clothing for all 3 days.
BTW, you will have a combination of Tai Chi and Yoga on one track after the cardio section.
It will be Fun so Enjoy it to the Fullest!

Way to go - adding your 5th program!!! I just signed up for BP training, I need some strength training in my regular work-out routine, so why not add BP, right? How do you handle 4 or better yet, 5!!! formats??? Any words of wisdom??

Hey Valerie,

That is so Awesome that you have signed up for the Vive training, do you know who will be your Trainer? It would be cool if you got Karen Torrell, she is so Awesome!! I love the program, I thought I would only love Pump but since I saw Karen in action at a Master Class here in Fort Worth and watched and listen to the members & instructors that were taking the training, I knew I was hooked!!
It's Totally a different program from all the others but with your experience in Pump, Flow, Attack & Combat you will be able to master this program with what you have learned and taught in the others. You will see what I mean during the training. Don't want to give you to much info, you got to experience it for your self, I'm glad I did! I took the training last December with BV #4 and now we just launched #7 which had a nautical theme, it was so much fun and the members loved it.
Do you know if you will train on #7 or #8?

Hey Val!!

Sorry for taking this long to write you back... things have been kinda busy at the beach to say the least!!!. I'm still hoping for you to make a trip to OC sometime this Summer or Fall.
I had fun reading your message in French. The problem with dictionaries and online translaters is that they give you the first sense of a word w/o considering the context in which it is used. For instance Body Jam was translated into "Jelly", but it's OK 'cause I knew what you meant and it made me smile!!!
Sorry to hear things didn't work out for RPM at your club... one more reason to come and visit me!
I'll write you in French next time. Til then take care and enjoy your Summer!
