I Love this stuff.

Teaching BODYCOMBAT is one of the greatest things that I do, outside of being a father. I'm a personal trainer as well as a BC instructor. I haven't been teaching very long, since February actually. Never taught before either, so, it took a little while getting used to it. But, I think I've got the hang of it now. ;)

I love that quote from the animated movie, "The Incredibles," and I can't think of any better way than to describe the Super Q in Poughkeepsie, NY. Granted, it was my first so I have nothing to compare it to. But, then again, it was frickin' AWESOME. I got to meet some really great people for the first time, and got to meet some really great people again.

The presenters were OFF THE HOOK awesome, not to mention, totally hot. Jericho, Sue, Heather to name a few. ;) I'm grateful to Dan and Don for taking the time out of their day to give me advice on how to be a better instructor. They were all very approachable, which for me was great because in that environment. I was a bit intimidated being such a new instructor. By the end of the day, though, I was completely relaxed and properly tuckered out.

I'm already looking forward to the next Quarterly in September. So, maybe I'll see you there. Until next time...

Availability

I'm looking to sub for BODYCOMBAT classes within 30 miles of Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA. I'm available on Monday, Thursday, and most Friday evenings. I can be available on Sunday evenings on occasion as well.

David Christopher	hey there adam, thanks for the message bud!!! i do get down south once in a while...when asked...lol...training is going very good here...aside from the fact that i tore my rotator cuff about two weeks ago..so i'm taking it very easy in classes...but other than that...it's going AWESOME!!!! stay strong!! dave

Caroline	Hi Adam, It's nice to meet you too. Go you teaching BC since Feb. I'm doing some Boxing Training at the moment and loving it. I've got a great Personal Trainer who is a IronMan and boy he pushes me. Hope keep in touch and let me know how your classes are going. Take care Caroline

i take it u dont impress with your dance skills then.. ha
im just in the process of practising jam, trying to get my legs and arms to do what i want them to do, its not to easy with 2 left feet but im stubborn and wont give in just yet.. BC is the best tho.. such an addictive workout plus we have such a great group of BC followers in our club which makes it even more worth it...

Deb	Hey Adam! Thanks so much for having me - it was a blast! I'll let you know when I can make the pilgrimage up North again. Let me know whenever you want to come down and play - Gold's Gym Natick, Sundays at 8 AM or Fridays at 5:45 PM or Gold's Gym Needham, Tuesdays at 6 AM.
