Hey there,
how are ya? I have a quick question for you....what kind of shoes do you wear for Attack? What kind for Step?
I've been having serious foot issues since I started teaching Attack alittle over a year ago. I have plantar fascitis in my right heel, and the occasional pain in the left. Even though I have taken about 6 months off from BA and BS, it still flairs up on me when I do it on occasion.
I am a HUGE NIke fanatic...and I have heard those are not the best shoes for BA...
I visted my physical/sports medicine therapist and I had some orthodic inserts made....but they hurt pretty bad when I wear them, so I'm almost given up.
Any tips?

Enjoyed teaching tracks 1 - 3 in BS 74 - it was cool to open. It was really hard for me not to teach a peak track so I had to pull back a little. It would have looked pretty silly to be busting out on track 2!!! ha ha
Track 2 though as short as it was I really love that song. It's so true! Get the heck off the side lines for sure - otherwise life passes you by.
Attack is no joke is it? Track 4 with all those jump squats gets me every time! I am so loaded by the first 2 minutes into the song I think every time - hmmmmmm - does this ever get easy!?!?

It's always a joy to get to hang out with you. You are such an amazing athlete - loved having you up there for BA!!!! You rocked the house - I think everyone was like "wow" - check her out! :)
Dinner was a trip - mean mean waiter. I felt so bad for everyone b/c we just really wanted to chill and have a good time - geez! Didn't have much time to socialize b/c we were all kind of stuck at the tables - next time for sure! Will definitely miss you in Chicago. :(
Send me a copy of that pic of you and me on the bench - I love it! The one on your profile.

Amber, Sorry I didn't make the trip to the Q in Woodberry. I plan on making the Chicago trip so I'll watch for some of the MN gals. I was just over in MN taking my daughter back to college. I didn't feel like making the drive again. Keep on steppin' and pumpin'
