Here is a wee introduction for those if you who don't know me
my name is Neil i'm from East Kilbride in Scotland and a total fitness fanatic i used to train 3 hours a day 5 days a week until i had to stop a because of a inaugural hernia.

thanks to the long waiting times on the NHS (National Health Service) i just got my operation on Friday 09.03.07
but face a further 6weeks of siting on my butt recovering :(

i have been unable to do any exercise what so ever for the past 12 months and have slowly been turning in to a fat blob :(
i have put 20K on in weight,
for example my waste has went from a 30" to 40"
and my resting heart rate has went from 46bpm to 74bpm
UPDATE:
I have lost 1 stone in weight (6.35 Kilograms) in 6 weeks since my opp
and i have finally found myself back in a LM class today 20.04.07(Body Combat)

I felt the burn all the way thru the class from start to finish
every muscle in my body is aching & stiff and boy does it feel good,I FEEL SO ALIVE!!!.

agostina	That guy gave me the creeps too, in the first place he told me he got my msn from you and yadayadayada. I sensed he was kinda weird, so I never chatted with him anymore.
