How can I choose between my first love, jam and my newer love combat! I love them both equally but that doesn't help with balance my newest love affair. Guess I'm just a sucker for a great program.......

My love of the physical does not stop here. Capoeira is a fantastic form of martial art and encourage anyone to try it especially if you like to move. Even more you will find me on the dance floor, look for the smoke i won't be far.

How funny all the shout outs about the photos mostly from all the peole in them, love you guys, but i have to say how good is the group one! if you want me to send it to you just let me know same goes for any of the other ones.

The other photos are of my family, my dad & my two little (not for long i know) brothers. they both love sports & fitness so it must be genetic. nothing keeps you fitter than chasing after those two although combat sure comes close.

I did it i passed my balance training yay in fact double yay, so happy and oh so sore, for all those non believers out there trust me this program is no walk is the park, hello inner strength & try connecting with your particpants when you are looking at your knee caps & so are they! yep new challenges here we come xoxox
