Hey girl. Sorry to disapoint but not teaching Step this week. I rotate on Saturdays. One Saturday I teach step in Cumming and then the following Saturday I teach RPM in Dawsonville. Kristy does not want to take from the other teacher. You may have to suck it up and do rpm or talk her into dealing with Step this week. She told me you were coming the other night. Sorry I will miss you guys. Just happens to be my week for Dawsonville. Have fun.

I am sorry to hear that.... Glad your better though... Are you thinking about another program? I have been great and loving pump...
I am thinking about going through attack next in rome in may but not positive yet...

I'm so glad that you came to my launch. I'm even more happy that you enjoy it. I think it's a great release. Also, thank you so much for spreading the word on my house. I met both Ashley and Jessica on Saturday and they seemed very hopeful. I REALLY hope everything falls into place. :)

Yea!!!! I am soooo happy for you! I knew you would but I know this must be an exciting moment. What is causing your hypertension? Family history...because your in awesome shape. Sorry this is the nurse in me coming out. Well take care of yourself and I hope you can get back to teaching soon!
