Our gym , Gold's Gym in NY will be launching its 1st class in Sept. Can't wait!

Release 66 is x-cellent and YES LUNGES are killers!! My favorite track is #8 , heavy beats - club music!

I foster for a local animal shelter and voluteer to socialize (ruffin' up the cats!). Photo of me and Stanley(got Adpoted!!!) playing.

yes, I'm Indian (my father is Indian, my mother is American)
I was born in Bombay but my parents moved back to the US when I was 2 and I grew up in California
Congratulations on your BP training
Its' great fun!
We are about to get release 66 this week (I trained on 52) so have been teaching it about 3 1/2 years now
