hey Alison thanks for the add, I am loving meeting all these amazing instructors from around the globe! How long have you been teaching flow and pump for? I have been teaching BodyFlow for about 14 months now and I love every minute of it and I have been doing pump now for 8 months I was certified on release 64. its been awesome! thanks again for the add and chat with you later

How did your Flow taping go? Did you feel like you nailed it? I hope so. It's esier sending out your video if you feel confident.
We are getting the kids ready for school. My second grader is chomping at the bit. My fifth-grader is nervous about starting Middle School, and my first grader is unflappable..... Does your 5 year old start Kindergarten this fall? School is whole new adventure :)

Hey Alison, it was no sweat helping Mike. He's got a BUNCH of potential and now I think he'll be more connected to the music. btw..I'm actually headed to Tampa although I'd LOVE to go to Miami, never been there. Yeah COMBAT on Saturday kicked a$$, good on ya for teaching so much, you'll keep getting fitter faster that way. See ya soon

Hey Alison,
Sorry it took me forever to write back. It does feel awesome to be certified. Good luck these next couple weeks, your gonna do amazing! So I am moving to Lititz the last weekend of this month which means I definitly have to come to Universal. I want to get a part time job in the Lancaster area so let me know if you know of any jobs available at your gym. I can only do about 20 hrs./wk due to working at my husbands business and teaching at E-town fitness 2 times a week. Well take care and have a great August!!

how did your taping go? i taped class this morning. i just got done watching it back. i'm pretty sure i'm going to send it off tomorrow...... ug...i just wan this dvd out of the way!!! hope yours went well.
