Qualified To Teach

For those of you living under a rock, I am back in the gym! A sprained ankle wasn't going to keep me down. Thanks to those who came to the Combat launch last week. It was phenomenal! We are going to repeat the awesomeness next week for Jam launch, so don't miss out.

Adios to my Saturday Jam - I love you guys,but my kiddo's extracurricular activities have taken over my life. Saturday football games are now in my future. Please come and see me during the week @ Live Oak.

Hey ya'll!
I was born and raised right here in San Antonio, Texas. I have lived here my whole life except for 5 years that I lived in Lubbock, Texas. Go Red Raiders! I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing.
I started teaching group fitness in 2005. I have always taken group fitness classes and when Body Combat was coming to San Antonio, an instructor suggested I train to teach it. The rest is history. I began teaching Body Jam in January 2007.
When I am not teaching, I spend my days working for The University of Texas at San Antonio at the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (say that 10 times fast). The rest of the time I spend with my wonderful eight year old son, Keaton.

Hiya Traci, miss Jamming with you! 42 is going pretty well, my class seems to be liking it quite a bit. Can't believe 43 is on the way but I've been hearing really cool things about it ( DISCO!)
Not sure about the Quarterly... it depends on who else is going, I think. I have a trip to Monterre next weekend, a trip to NEw Orleans the week before Quarterly and then a huge trip to Miami for an aerial dance workshop. Hmm. I think I just talked myself out of the Quarterly trip. For now...

The Natalie	hehe well I'm really excited to teach as much as i can! LOL I don't think I'll be going to the quarterly..its on Dec. 15? right? I'll be out of town (visiting my family in Utah..I have no one here tear) for the holidays. HOPEFULLY I remember the date wrong because I want to go SOO bad! <3 ya
