Oh goodness.. I'm sure it was great. I shot mine so quickly 'cause my director wanted me to start teaching. It was better that way. I'm teaching Wednesday evenings in Altamonte & will temporarily teach Saturday mornings out in Mount Dora starting in January. That is good for me since I already work full time and have my daughter in tow. I haven't even looked at 63 since I shot my video in October. I was so ready to move on.

Yes, yes..I know. You've been patiently waiting the results of my video. First..let me say I am so proud of myself. I taught 6 full solo Pump classes this past week. WHAT!! All while sick. The video..what did you expect. A perfect shoot & ready to send. The only thing on one of the super slow static lunges I came up too quickly. Um..yeah..and I talk too much. My director said after "do you ever shut the heck up?" What do you expect from the girl voted Most Talkative by her 4th grade class! The crowd was great. There were laughs and hooping & hollering. Even had a little safety test. On the shoulder track when you have to set down the plates and pick up the bar, well shouldn't have put the mat behind me because I skidded on it a little. Didn't fall, but said "safety first people" got to position in time for the super slow upright row and said "she takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'."
With that being said..I have to reshoot tomorrow morning. Ugh..why with such a perfect shoot. Well I wanted to be cute and Body Pumpilicious and wore a white Pump skort w/ a black Angelina top w/ one long sleeve & one no sleeve. Got to the gym, director couldn't find the blue back screen & used what..a black Gold's Gym tablecloth as a backdrop. On the playback you couldn't see half of my body. So darn it..a reshoot. I'm wearing all white tomorrow!!!!
