It was fantastic to see all of the crew from the great Northwest this QW round! You guys and gals have the passion, drive and energy that keeps our values strong and mission going on and on and on!

Stellar athletes and beautiful individuals on the inside and out. thank you for all that you do, day in and day out, eveytime and everywhere you teach.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination...
For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me see there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one.

Amanda...Thanks for getting back to me!! You have the life...traveling around to work out! no wonder you are so dang cute!!
Then baby comes in one week, I had to give up Step and Combat 4 weeks ago because my kid was head up with his little feet puncing on my cervix...but im going strong in Pump and Spin. Missed the new launch but Step looked so fun. We will cu POST BABY if your coming here for the quarterly!!!

Michelle	Hey, I miss you! When are you coming back to Utah?!?! :) I passed my step video! Now I'm just (constantly) working on my form & trying to get step down a little better. It just doesn't come as easy as my other programs! So it's definitely a challenge, but a good one! I'm enjoying every minute and it's only getting better. Thanks for everying! Michelle Woj
