Hi Global Family!

Man, I have been in-cog-ni-to with moving and traveling...But...I'm back in the swing of connecting with my peeps around the world through this amazing Les Mills community site, and soooo ready to see a lot of you at the Trainer's summit in New York as well as at the upcoming round of Quarterlies in Arizona and Boise! Yay, us!

So, it's been so long since I've been tagged, not once...but, I hate to say it, twice...oops (Susan, JJ, and now Joli!)...THREE TIMES, that I don't even remember what being tagged entails! Therefore crew, I'll have to get back with you on this one! :)

As I settle into the California lifestyle here in San Fran, I have added a new addtion to my household to keep my crazy man 'Crash' company! My furry little cat Crash has a new little sister who is WILD! I've named her Zena the princess WARRIOR! I think she'd give Dan & Rach a run for their money in COMBAT! :)

Thought for now: What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail? -unknown

I say just give it a whirlygig...ya never know what you are capable of until you give it a go!
