Qualified To Teach

Hey!!

I am a stay at home mom turned into a Combat Junkie! LOL. I teach Pump as well. I had two great trainers Justin and Brooke. I have made life long friends and continue to meet great people along the way. I love teaching. It feels so awesome when someone tells you how much their life has changed because of a class. That is the ultimate reward. I truly believe this is my calling. One day I was in a combat class and the GFM came up to me and asked if I would like to teach. My first reaction was no... I went home and told my husband dismissing the whole thing. I would have never gone for it if not for my husband. I have a wonderful and supportive family. My favorite instructor saw something in me that I had failed to see in myself. Now I really just want to pass the buck. My director, that instructor, my husband, the les mills trainers...all changed my life for the better. I took one small step outside my box and it has made me happier than I could have ever dreamed.
Mush mush!! Enough said.

Wow. Just back from Super Quarterly in Fort Worth. If you haven't been to one you MUST go!! Awesome experience. I caught up with old friends and met some new ones. Great weekend and I look forward to the next one.

Kim	Hey beautiful girl!!! I just sent you a friend request on Facebook! Anyway, we went to the Mega Q in California this past June and did the Combat upskilling with Dan and Rach the day before the quarterly. It was INTENSE to say the least and yes, I had to get a picture with Rach!!!!!!!! Are you going to the next Q?

Hiya Autumn,

Combat's coming along nicely. I really enjoy it. The launch was awesome. I am teaching Combat and Pump at Cove Fitness right now. For now as a sub but hope to get at least one class there on a regular basis. Course, I still teach RPM at Gold's on Friday mornings. Not doing too much with Attack, as yet. Will probably do a private taping in July sometime with my co-workers.

Jaime	Hey girlfriend...whats going on? I'm teaching 39 by myself in the morning. Feeling pretty good about it. I team taught with Delinda tonight. It was great. She had about 17 people in class. 2 of which were guys. I was impressed. Well the one guy was the one you know that counts along out loud and always gets real into it. Well anyway, just wanted to say hi. I'll talk to you later. Miss ya Jaime

Kim	Ha Ha!! I teach most of my classes in the evening and on Sat mornings!!! I promise, this will be my last program (that will make 4). My brain can't process anymore choreography!!!!
