I love fitness, family, and friends! How great is it that teaching LM classes allows me to blend all my favorite things into one awesome package!

My favorite class to teach is BodyFlow/BodyBalance! Of course, the other 3 programs I am certified in run a close second to it....hee,hee

Everyday I am reminded how blessed we are to touch and impact so many lives through fitness. It's an honor to share my passion for the LM programs with everyone!
