Yes we are currently accepting applications. I see you work at Granite Bay Golds! I used to sub down there sometimes! Wasn't a BODYPUMP instructor yet when I taught there though. Our club is in Shingle Springs. It is a Sports Club with Tennis, Raquetball, Group Exercise, a Cardio Deck, weight room, and cafe area. I love it! I moved from San Francisco 4 years ago and fell in love with it.

I'm in MD and our MD/DC/VA Gold's LM crew is a big family so I get to take classes from him (and sub for him, no pressure) once in a while
I'm sure you have a fantastic weekend
Our mid atlantic Q is on the 22nd and Nate's doing the BS upskilling (but alas, I'll be doing BC, so hard to choose between all the programs)

Hey there -- thanks for the shout out! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you this weekend and watching you go from "I'm sorta terrified by BA" to "I'm officially a full-on BA junkie -- when's my next hit?" ;-)
My bum is still sore, and I didn't have to do nearly as many plyos as you all did on Day 2 -- I guess the whole sitting on a cramped plane for 6 hours thing didn't help, though...
Best of luck with the new program -- have tons of fun with it, and keep searching for that ugly, raw, primal athlete inside and let him out to wreak all sorts of havoc on your participants (in a good way, of course!!!)
