Hi Angel!
Just wanted to say THANK YOU! Training was awesome! I appreciate your knowledge & humor.
We had a great bunch of people and we are still having a great time practicing together.
Andi made a funny comment the other day. She e-mailed everybody and said she had yawned the other day and thought, OMG and then realized that YOU WERE NOT IN her office. Combat pushups in a skirt wouldn't be much fun. Ha, ha. Just so you know that we are still thinking about you and the pain.

Hey Angel,
I finally created my profile so I am officially part of 'millspace'! Thanks again for making me so sore.....and for leading me through a great training. I feel so much stronger in combat after only three days. I'm definitely planning to go to Quarterly so act like ya know me! :)

Hey Angel -
Great BP class at the YMCA of DE this week! As I mentioned to you before class, you are the reason I got involved with LM in the first place and I was reminded why during class. Great, great job! Now certified in BP, I am anxiously awaiting BC training in DE on 11/14...let me know if you are going to be the punisher (I mean, trainer!) for the weekend!

So I heard that you've got your BodyFlow cert. congrats man! Also I heard that you will be teaching at Golds' Gym in Paramus; I was just there yesterday talking with Eileen and she brought your name up. I hope to catch up with there soon, I've been trying to get into a couple gyms in my area.
