Qualified To Teach

Hey! I am a Les Mills addict currently living in Lubbock Texas. I am certified in Pump, Step, and Combat, and teach Pump and Step at a new gym here- Zach's Club. Hopefully we will be adding Combat and possibly Attack in the near future, but we are growing and I need to be patient I guess. For now, I am just happy to finally have a Les Mills club here in Lubbock again. I have a 7 year old daughter and a 6 month old son, who enjoys watching my Pump and Step DVD's with me. Why not get him started early, right? I am so happy to be a part of the Les Mills "family"! Please drop by and say hello!!!!! I will also be happy to answer any questions anyone may have about Zach's.

Hey girl
congrats on your new addition!
Secret to the dress is getting it one size bigger than you are and then getting it slit up high on the sides (just dont forget to wear shorts underneath)
It gets sweaty and stinky but it DOES look pretty cool
:)

Thanks Angie,
I really appreciate the encouragement! I am now working out at home - doing Les Mills Body Pump tapes and the Firm cardio. It's been pretty cool 'cause I get to take the classes from the best and am learning a lot of ideas for coaching. Usually, I would rush through the tapes and maybe watch it once. I learned all my choreo from the music and the notes. I miss learning choreography and playing the CDs over and over!
But thanks and hopefully I'll be back teaching again. I have no idea right now if I will move or where. We'll see!
