Yep - it went beyond well. So happy - still trying to "come down" from the whole experience. I think everything turned out great - filming was amazing. I can't even explain it well - and stupid me didn't even take any pics. What was I thinking???

Have you launched BA #61 yet? We are in the midst of launches, week 1 is done, now I am gearing up for a double header next weekend, BA/BS back to back!

Hey girlie! I am so tickled about you loving "Track 9"!! Yay! I knew you had it in you!! You make me so proud.

Let me know how your video went - I'm sure it was great. Remember to tape a couple of times to make sure the one you send is the right one.

We finally have some sunshine down here in DC - I am loving it. Heading for Iowa this weekend to do a BODYPUMP training. Oh boy - believe it or not that is where I grew up!

I have been teaching Pump and Combat since 04 and Jam 05.I also just trained on 59 in Jan.I just moved from the Midwest(missouri) to Virginia.Love it here except they do not have Combat.I think I have talked them into it.As soon as we get it I am thinking of sending in to try and go to bootcamp for trainer.I am sending my video for Attack out tomorrow.I really dislike the assessment process.But have to do it.We launch 60 this weekend at one of my Gyms and next weekend at the other one and still trying to talk my 3rd gym in getting it.I hope your launch is good.Hope to see you at a Q a bunch of us are planning on going to the New York one in Aug.It is a super and I have been to 2 or 3 and those are the BEST to go to.Lisa Osborn (Attack choryer) will probably be there.I hope you will get to experience one.Good luck Aim high Kick higher.
