I've had back to back weekends of hard core fun! 1st the LM Q in Vegas and then this past weekend - just got back from 3-days of hard play @ the Colorado River. Went w/a bunch of friends in honor of Father's Day. We had 20-25 of us all tent camping on the beach. Water skiing, rafting, seadooing, boating and floating - Fun , fun, fun! The high was 115 degrees and the low, at night, 79 degrees! Nice & warm! Thankfully the river was a refreshing 65 degrees. I'm SOOOOO sore and tired!! I better snap out of it 'cause Monday has once again come crashing in!

Great news to come home to: Lakers finally won and Jr. & Kasey came in 1st an 2nd at NASCAR!! YEAH!

How are things?!

What happened to your foot?

My BP buddy & I, Kathy, just got back from the West Coast Q in Vegas. Check back -I'll be posting some new pics soon! The day was high energy - par for a LM Q! We met some great people & experienced all of the latest LM classes - from 7 AM till 7 PM Sat. We were still both a little sore – even after recuperating poolside Sun afternoon! Even though we're the last to get the new releases here on the West Coast - actually still waiting for our auto shipment of BP#66 – I’m getting excited about gearing up for the next BP launch! Great tunes & innovations!

I'm actually seriously looking at getting Johnny G spin certified, since it's what's recommended by the gyms in my area, and no RPM classes are offered in my area.
Am not letting go of hope for future LMI gyms to sprout up in our area though - would prefer to get LM trained and teach LM programs, than freestyle classes!

Hello, glad things are well and the foot is better. I just went to the Q in mass with tom, it was fun. I'm looking forward to the big one in Aug. All is well here.

So glad to hear your foot is better. How are your class's? I just got bach from a quarterly with Jeremy.. so we got to see and do BP66 and man was its tuff. I also did Combat Step and Flow. I just got certified in step so Flow is next then Combat.

I am from a small town in the center of NYS so not near the city. But all is well.. Make plans for Aug 22 - 24 you have to come to Poughkeepsie NY for the Super Q .. Keep in Touch

Great. I am glad we are getting our to do list done. Did you get the list of choices for Mania on your car? Can not wait to go. WOW 2 weekends out on the town doing what we love to do!!

I will be at the gym for sure. I am going to try to do both classes if I get out of work on time.
