Hello all Les Mills friends!

I really am a gym freak. I instruct Bodypump, spinning , core and box sometimes. The problem is to rest enough. I just love bodypump and lift quite heavy wights. Too many girls are so afraid of increasing weights. I try to make them understand how difficult it is to get big muscles. I am not big but strong.
