I'm so glad I made it to the launch today! Ya'll are too awesome. Wish I could come more often. Thanks again for putting me on the list. My husband loves your gym and really enjoyed the class. Wish I could have stayed for Combat. One day I need to come try attack, never done that one before. Well take it easy. Talk to you later!

Thanks! I really love teaching that class, the energy is great! I really wanted to take combat with you guys but I figured I should sit out because i needed to make it through attack. I'll have to make it to combat soon though, especially after the awesome feedback the three of yall got from the members after yesterday!

Hola Ashley,
I'm in Pa rt now at a trng. I can't wait to go to Puerto Rico. I'm getting an opportunity to teach a Pump Master Class on Th, then start the Combat trng from Fri-Sun. I will def get to see my fam as well, so I'm so excited. How are the boys going, John and yourself? I pray that all is well and that everyone is doing fine. It's super late and I have a long day tmwr, so have a good night and I was just dropping a line to say hello :)

Hope things are going GREAT! I talked with my cousin's wife on Father's Day, she loves your gym and the classes. She told me about the challenage, that is soo cool. Are ya'll have a Bodyattack training or vive?? I think it's great ya'll have almost all the programs.

I wanted to tell you the other day that ya'll look great. I love the way that you all work together and use each other's feedback to improve. I'm going to TRY to come for the launch Saturday. It makes me a little nervous to do my video in front of you guys but hopefully that will just drive me to do better and make an awesome video. I wish I lived closer so I could come practice with you more. Well good luck if I don't see you Saturday.

Hey!
Congrats on passing Body Combat. I was looking for you and others from the training but it's hard to find people. we just started at a new club Manhattan Athletics. It's great. Looking forward to attack.
