Hello Adelicia,
Welcome to the Les Mills family. Jam is one of my fav programs but at the same time one of the hardest. Never the same .But that also makes it fun.Been Jammin since release 35.It is hard to believe we are on 45 now.Time flys when your are Jammin! Hope to see you at the Super Q in Aug."G" and Rach will be there .Supers always ROCK and the after party's are amazing!

Hey! I am going to the Quarterly on Sunday - I am getting up early and driving down from DC. I have no idea what buses (if any) go down to F-burg from B-more, but there is probably a train. Based on how many formats you've signed up for, it might be best to drive if you have a vehicle or can borrow/rent one. Looking forward to seeing you again!

I am not going to be able to go to the quartely, I have my nephew coming to stay with me for that weekend, he is having some problems adjusting in life so I gonna spend sometime trying to help him.
