Doing great! I'm completely addicted to Pump now, sometimes doing it more than once per day! I have all the women in my class doing full push ups! I'm doing private body pump "parties" at HealthPoint, where a group of friends or co-workers can come in for a private pump class with prizes.
John, Geoff, and I are still great buddies; we team teach whenever we can. Even though I've bulked up I still look like a stick next to John!! haha
Congrats on your wedding! Your pictures are fabulous!!

Hey Barb,
Just contacting trainers to see if anyone is flying into San Francisco around 11:45ish and would like to share a shuttle. If you hear of anyone or if you are, would you send them my way. I sent an email to FLOW trainers but didn't want to send a mass email to everyone:-)

Hi, The quarterly was pretty good, it's small and the room gets so crowded. Brent had an emergency so he could not make it but it was still fun. I can't wait til the one in Colorado, its only an hour from me. Yes, my friend Jackie is awesome!!! How are you?

I did have Peter in my FLOW training. He was very sweet and loves Les Mills. You probably don't remember but we met briefly at my first summit in New Orleans. I was the one crying after my first time teaching in front of the big dawgs:-) I have vowed to never cry again!!
I actually have only one daughter. The pics are 2 years apart. Yes...time does go by fast. One of those pictures was her first day of kindergarten and now in 3 months she will be a 3rd grader. Before I know it she'll be in college and I won't know what to do with myself. Teach more I guess:-)
