KIA ORA! Very nice that you're visiting my profile =).

I'm really Les Mills addicted. I really like all the power classes, as LMI Step, Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Jam or Body Pump.
I teach Body Pump (since Release 56) and Body Combat (since Release 29) and just started with Body Jam in February 2008 with amazing 43. I really love it!

I teach at Sportpark Monheim, a really small, but very nice studio nearby Cologne and Düsseldorf in Germany. I'm working on getting full classes, because that really get's my blood pumping.
