Your lil one is getting so big! I bet she is excited for Christmas!!

I think my niece is absolutely adorable and she's 5 wks old today! :)

I am not sure when another Q will be in LA, but I will see if I cant find out for you. No competitions in the near future for me, but maybe someday again. Definately have to be mentally prepared to diet. haha

I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!!

PS What program are you going to add to BP??? :)

Thanks Jamie! I had a very low key New Years which was cool! Some chinese take-out and watched a couple of movies with my man. :)

If you are ever in Texas, especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Area, let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach BodyStep or BodyPump Class with us at the North Arlington Gold's Gym.

Hey Jamie, Just drop by to say "Hi" and noticed that some of your messages were talking about your club beng closed, I know how that feels delt with that at two locations. So have you found a new place to teach BodyStep & BodyPump? BTW what day did you go to the Franco's Super Quarterly? I was there working the main door Saturday & Sunday. Are you coming up to the Ft. Worth Quarterly on Dec. 15th.? I was down in Boutee, LA last weekend for the BodyVive training with Karen Torrell, now that was Awesome! Well I hope everything is working out better for you. Can't wait to hear back from ya.
