Yin-Yang represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and one cannot exist without each other.

Ty to remember if you spend your whole life waiting for the storm, you’ll never enjoy the sunshine!

Morning Paul,

Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the class (I could tell you were enjoying it and put lots of effort in)- I did too but it was really hot wasn't it! It was a quieter class probably due to the lovely weather and we do normally get in a couple of guys so please keep coming when you can. I appreciate it's difficult getting to places with work and a young family, so thanks for coming! I don't teach any other classes there and I believe they took off the Friday Combat due to low numbers but they might be offering me another class: I'll keep you posted. But to be honest, I don't know how I'll fit any more into my diary and the only way is to perhaps replace one evening with another. This is what happens: you start out with it being a great hobby and you're happy to cover and yearn for just one class of your own then before you know it, you've got too many, plus gyms and instructors ringing you up all the time! saying that, it really is a fab hobby and what could be better than keeping fit at the same time.
Chester Races tomorrow, it's Ladies day and John's off so we're getting dressed up and hopefully will get some winners. I've got my evening class covered, so can really chill out in the nice weather.
Have a nice weekend yourself, and hopefully see you soon x
