What's Up Les Mills Team!!!!

I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years. Starting as the customer service rep in college to operations manager for Fit For Life Center. I now work for Les Mills South Central and currently teach Body Combat for Fit For Life Center, The Body Zone, and Gold's Gym.

I absolutely LOVE Les Mills!!! I receive quite a bit of feedback from you guys "instructors" and I love hearing the wonderful experiences from the initial trainings, quarterlies, and seminars. Awesome job to everyone who inspires not only me but those who you teach for in your clubs!!!!!
