Nice meeting you at Attack in Tysons Corner. That was a killer class - I think I have a giant blister covering my right foot! Ha! After class I went and gorged myself big time!!

Let me know if you are ever in San Diego. I get back to DC about once every 2 months or so and like to go to Ballston and Tysons to satisfy the Les Mills addiction.

Hey, Belle! It was great to meet you last week. I looked for you on facebook - but there are about a thousand people with some form of "belle" in their name. Look for me -- last name von berg.
